Hi! :)
I created this blog in a moment of hope—a hope that by sharing my story, you might feel a little less alone. This space isn’t about comparing our struggles; it’s about connecting and supporting each other. Life can feel impossibly hard, and I know what it’s like to wonder if anyone truly understands. Here, I just want to remind you that YOU MATTER and that all your emotions are valid. This isn’t a place to minimize anyone’s struggles or put feelings on a scale. Whatever you’re feeling, it’s real, and it deserves space. My posts don’t follow a set direction; I’ll simply be sharing what’s on my mind—moments that have brought me joy or sorrow, recent experiences, and everything in between. Some of it might even make you laugh.
Most of all, I hope that with this blog, both you and I can embrace a growth mindset. Life may throw us challenges, but together, we can learn, heal, and grow through each experience. I hope you find comfort here, a reminder that none of us have to go through this alone. We’re all just figuring it out, together.

My Story

I’m 21 and navigating my maybe-not-maybe-final year of college—honestly, only time will tell! I’m the youngest in a wonderfully messy family with both my parents, an older brother, an older sister (we’re all nine years apart!), and my 14-year-old best buddy, Mr. Rocky, a dog who’s been by my side through it all. For as long as I can remember, I’ve been struggling with mental health, and writing has been my escape, a way to make sense of the chaos. But it’s taken me years to build up the courage to share these words publicly. Today, though, I’m finally ready to take that step. I know how isolating it can feel, even with the most loving support system—those moments when reassurance just doesn’t feel real, and you wish someone would show you actual proof that things can get better. Through my writing, I want to give you more than encouragement; I want to share my journey in all its messy details, the ups and the downs, so maybe you’ll see the evidence you need to believe that healing and growth are real. I hope this space reminds you that even when life feels impossible, we can find resilience and humor along the way. If any part of my story resonates with you, know that you’re not alone—let’s figure this out together.
